What customers most often want to know before booking.
Where are the servers located?
Our systems run in a data centre in Germany. Processing and storage follow the GDPR.
How does billing work?
You pay prepaid: you pay for a term up front and your hosting runs for that term. There is no minimum contract period. If your account has enough credit, the term is renewed automatically from that balance before it expires – if the credit is not sufficient, you simply receive the invoice. If you do not want to renew, cancel in the dashboard effective at the end of the term.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel with one click in the dashboard under Billing, effective at the end of the paid term. Until then your hosting keeps running as usual and is not renewed afterwards. There is no minimum contract period and no outstanding balance.
Are domains included in the price?
You can point and manage as many of your own domains as you like. Registering a domain with a registrar is not part of the plan.
Which PHP version is supported?
Several current PHP versions are available. You set the version per domain yourself in the dashboard.
Can I migrate an existing website?
Yes. Upload files via SFTP and import databases from the dashboard. Our support team is happy to help with the move.
How fast does support respond?
We usually answer tickets within a few hours on business days. You can reach us from the dashboard.
Are backups included?
One offsite backup slot is included in every plan. You start a restore yourself from the dashboard.
